Lead and supervise instructors during tours, camps, and outdoor activities. Brief guests on the itinerary, safety rules, and activity guidelines. Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests throughout the trip. Coordinate with the tour manager, drivers, hotels, and local activity providers. Manage group movement, attendance, and timing at each destination. Assist guests with questions, concerns, and on-trip support. Handle unexpected situations calmly and report incidents to management. Check that equipment and activity areas are safe before use. Maintain professional conduct and provide a positive guest experience. Submit trip updates and reports to the management team.
