Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing through an official Attitude for Adventure communication channel and should identify the booking or lead clearly. The effective cancellation time is the time at which the request is received and acknowledged.
Applicable Charges
Cancellation charges depend on the package, departure date, time remaining before travel, supplier rules and any non-refundable services already committed. The applicable package-specific cancellation schedule communicated in the quotation, invoice or booking confirmation will govern the booking.
Non-Refundable Components
Certain permits, transport tickets, hotel deposits, activity charges, visa services, special-event inventory or other supplier payments may be non-refundable once booked. Such components may be deducted from any eligible refund.
No-Show / Late Arrival
Failure to report at the confirmed place and time, or inability to use a confirmed service for reasons attributable to the traveller, may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
Changes by Suppliers or Conditions
Weather, safety considerations, government restrictions, road conditions, operational requirements or supplier changes may require reasonable itinerary adjustments. A material cancellation initiated by Attitude for Adventure will be handled under the applicable booking terms and supplier recoveries.
