Polo Forest One Day Trip

This is a group-based one-day trip from Ahmedabad to Polo Forest and back to Ahmedabad.
All participants are requested to report at the designated pickup point at the communicated reporting time.
The itinerary is planned to provide a combination of nature trekking, sightseeing, food, swimming pool / mini-waterpark, adventure activities and group experiences.
The exact sequence and timing of activities may be modified by the trip coordinator depending on weather, road conditions, crowd levels, local restrictions and operational requirements.
Participants must carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the trip.
Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the trip coordinator, guide and activity staff throughout the tour.

Polo Forest is a nature-based destination and several experiences depend on weather and local conditions.
Trekking, swimming pool, mini-waterpark, adventure activities and sightseeing may be delayed, modified or cancelled if weather conditions are considered unsafe.
During monsoon, forest trails may be wet, muddy or slippery. Participants are advised to carry suitable footwear and rain protection.
The organizer cannot guarantee specific natural conditions such as water flow, greenery, river level or weather conditions on the travel date.
No refund will be applicable for an individual activity that cannot be conducted due to weather, government restrictions, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control.

Participant safety is a priority throughout the trip.
All guests must follow safety instructions provided by the trip coordinator, guide and activity operators.
Adventure activities and swimming should only be undertaken according to individual comfort, physical ability and on-site safety instructions.
Do not enter restricted forest areas, deep water zones or unsafe locations without permission.
Children must remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
Participants should immediately inform the trip coordinator in case of injury, discomfort or any emergency.
Basic first-aid support will be available; however, specialized medical treatment, hospitalization and related expenses are not included in the package.

The Polo Forest nature trek involves walking on natural forest terrain and may include uneven, rocky, muddy or slippery sections.
This trek is suitable for participants with basic to moderate physical fitness.
No professional trekking experience is required, but participants should be comfortable with outdoor walking.
Comfortable trekking or sports shoes with good grip are strongly recommended.
The trekking route, distance and duration may be changed by the guide depending on weather, forest conditions, participant safety and local restrictions.
Participants should stay with the group and should not leave the marked or guided route without permission.

This is a scheduled group departure and all services operate according to the final group itinerary.
Activity timings may vary due to traffic, weather, crowd levels, restaurant service time, local permissions or other operational conditions.
The trip coordinator may rearrange the sequence of sightseeing or activities to ensure smoother operations.
Adventure activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, maintenance requirements and safety approval from the operating team.
Participants arriving late at the pickup point may miss the departure. The organizer will not be responsible for additional transportation costs arising from late reporting.
Any unavoidable changes made for safety or operational reasons will not be considered a cancellation of the complete trip.

Transportation will be provided from Ahmedabad to Polo Forest and back to Ahmedabad through the vehicle allocated for the departure.
Vehicle type may vary according to final group size and operational requirements.
Pickup and drop services are available only from designated pickup points communicated before departure.
Participants must report at their pickup point on time.
Seats may be allocated according to operational requirements and cannot always be guaranteed according to individual preference.
Traffic delays, road diversions, breakdowns, weather conditions or government restrictions may affect journey timings.
Personal pickup or drop outside the designated route is not included unless specifically confirmed in advance.

This is a one-day trip and does not include overnight accommodation.
No hotel room, cottage, dormitory or overnight stay is included in the standard package.
Any accommodation requested separately will be subject to availability, additional charges and separate confirmation.
