Day-wise Travel Itinerary

Day 1 : Departure from Ahmedabad TO Jawai
Early Morning (approx. 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM):
Departure from Ahmedabad by AC group vehicle (Tempo Traveller or Bus).
En route breakfast stop (self-sponsored).
Afternoon (approx. 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM):
Arrival at the Jawai campsite/resort in Rajasthan.
Check-in, freshen up, and enjoy a freshly prepared vegetarian lunch.
Late Afternoon (3:30 PM – 4:00 PM):
Head out for the signature Jawai Evening Open 4x4 Gypsy Safari.
Explore the rugged granite hills where leopards roam freely in close proximity to human settlements.
Spot Mugger crocodiles basking near the Jawai Bandh and observe local Rabari herdsmen in their traditional attire.
Evening:
Experience a stunning desert/hills sunset view.
Return to the camp. Enjoy a cozy bonfire under the stars accompanied by dinner.
Overnight Stay: Tented camp or eco-resort in Jawai.
Day 2 : Morning Exploration, Village Visit & Return to Ahmedabad
Early Morning (6:00 AM – Optional/Add-on):
Optional early morning sunrise nature drive or short local exploration (depending on package slots).
Morning (8:30 AM – 9:30 AM):
Breakfast at the resort followed by check-out.
Late Morning:
Visit the massive Jawai Dam backwaters for panoramic landscape views and birdwatching (migratory birds like
flamingos, cranes, etc., are common depending on the season).
Short walkthrough or interaction with the local rural community to experience their unique culture and lifestyle.
Afternoon:
Board the return vehicle to Ahmedabad. Lunch break on the highway (self-sponsored).
Night:
Arrival back in Ahmedabad with memorable wildlife stories

Trekking
Shorts are not allowed during the activity hours and trekking with a view to safety form weather
and camp discipline. No one participant is allowed to leave the camp / hotel / guest house for any
reason without permission of the camp manager.
Operational
Only pure vegetarian food is allowed inside the campsite area. During camp stay, girls and boys
accommodation are separate.
